FAQ:
Q:Do you take insurance?
A:At this time I only accept injury claims. If you would like to receive treatment out of network, I can provide you with a receipt, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Personal Injury Protection (PIP) auto insurance claims accepted.
Labor and Industry (L&I) injury claims accepted.
Q:I have been injured, what do I do?
A:Open up a claim with your insurance provider and receive a claim number. See your doctor or chiropractor and ask for a referral for massage therapy. All massage sessions billed to insurance require a doctor’s prescription, which includes: injury diagnosis, frequency of treatments, number of visits, starts and end dates.
Q:How long will it take to recover from an injury?
A:It depends. How severe was your accident? And how diligent are you in doing homework in-between sessions? Injury treatment plans usually require multiple sessions and are intended for those with a diagnosed medical condition. Your treatment plan will be tailored to your individual condition. A variety of treatment techniques may be used including, but not limited to active isolated stretching, deep tissue, pressure & trigger point work, and myofascial release to help you recover as quickly as possible.
